My son, Poleev, loves to bake pies. One day, he insisted that we make one so I quickly got my camera to record our baking session.
Add 2 cups of flour
Cut the Crisco into the flour using a pastry cutter until mixed thoroughly
Add 5 Tablespoons of water
Mix with a fork
Form into 2 balls of dough and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Roll one of the ball of dough into desired shape and size
Place in a 9″ pie plate
Make designs on the dough with a fork
Add the peach filling
Roll the other ball of dough and cut into strips
Make a lattice on top of the pie
Pre-heat oven at 350, put the pie at the center of the rack, bake for 30 to 35 min or until the
crust is brown.
